• Barista Editions – These coffee-specific plant milks are available in three varieties: Milked Almonds™ Barista Edition, Milked Oats™ Barista Edition, and Milked Brown Rice™ Barista Edition. Each is crafted to deliver a rich, creamy consistency in all coffee applications, such as foaming for latte art, making specialty coffee beverages like a velvety cappuccino or latte, and pouring as a creamer in all roasts. Barista Editions are made with five ingredients and no oils.
• Unsweetened – The new unsweetened cashew and walnut varieties join Unsweetened Milked Almonds™ and Unsweetened Milked Hazelnuts™. Made with just two ingredients, nuts and water, Elmhurst’s unsweetened line contains up to four times the nuts per serving of other leading brands.
• Protein Shakes – Elmhurst’s new Chocolate Peanut and Vanilla Bean Protein Shakes – called The Cleanest Protein Shake on the Planet™ – contain 20g protein from peanuts per 11-oz. carton. These vegan drinks fuel post-workout muscle recovery with no more than six simple ingredients and no added or refined soy or pea protein.
