San Francisco’s Most Unique Ice Cream – Brings the Party to Winter Fancy Food Show 2018!

San Francisco (Dec 15, 2017) – The Winter Fancy Food Show just got a little more rock n’ roll... Humphry Slocombe—the San Francisco small-batch ice cream brand synonymous with badass, ultra-premium ice cream—will return to the show this year with its latest flavors and collaborations.

Since opening in San Francisco’s Mission district nine years ago, Humphry Slocombe has established itself as a leader in cutting-edge flavors and uncompromising quality by pioneering ice cream made with locally sourced produce, spices, and booze. Co-Founders, Jake Godby (Chef) and Sean Vahey (Food & Beverage Manager) continue to use their extensive culinary backgrounds to create new flavors and experiences never seen before.

Located at Booth #1659, Humphry Slocombe will offer samples of new flavors such as Dirty Chai, Cinnamon Tres Leches, and Black Sesame.  These new flavors will join existing favorites such as Blue Bottle Vietnamese Coffee (2016 Sofi Finalist), Honey Graham, and Matchadoodle.

  • Dirty Chai - Chai ice cream spanked with espresso.  Just dirty enough.
  • Cinnamon Tres Leches - Cinnamon ice cream and yellow cake.  Spice up your _____ life.
  • Black Sesame - Toasted black sesame seeds with sesame oil added for more oomph.  There’s no going back.

Humphry Slocombe will also showcase its new ice cream starters.  They have joined forces with Williams Sonoma to bring everyone an easy way to recreate Humphry Slocombe flavors at home. Now Humphry Slocombe fans won't have to make a trip to the Bay Area to enjoy our ice cream.  The ice cream starters are available at Williams Sonoma stores in the top flavors - Secret Breakfast (Bourbon & Cornflakes), Vietnamese Coffee, and Malted Milk Chocolate.
