AG Ferrari Foods To Exhibit at Winter Fancy Food Show
AG Ferrari Foods Is a First Time Exhibitor at The Specialty Food Association’s Annual Fancy Food Show Booth #2821 South Hall

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - January 22, 2017 - AG Ferrari Foods, the 97-year-old Bay Area-based Italian market and cafe, is exhibiting at The Speciality Food Association’s annual Winter Fancy Food Show for the first time ever this year. They’ll be showcasing their namesake line of products, including their bronze cut pastas, taralli crackers, pestos and spreads. The show runs from January 22nd through the 24th, at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.

AG Ferrari products offer customers a true taste of Italy by collaborating with artisan Italian producers to create a unique and craveable line of products with a decidedly California perspective. AG Ferrari has been a beacon in the Bay Area for nearly 100 years, offering an exceptional range of the very best local and imported goods like grissini, cheeses, charcuterie and Italian confectionery.

Recently, AG Ferrari forged a partnership with UNFI (United Natural Foods), making their products available in cities throughout the Northeast, Midwest and Western United States. The partnership was forged by Jarett Peppard, CEO of AG Ferrari Foods, who has an extensive and successful background in the gourmet grocery industry.

Since being purchased by the Murano Group in July 2013 and under Peppard’s direction, the company has revamped the in-store experience, rebranded packaging, and seen store sales increase more than 40 percent. Peppard’s primary focus, the Consumer Goods division of the company, has tripled in sales.

“AG Ferrari has spent decades establishing deep relationships with the best artisan Italian food producers. For many grocery operators the question hasn’t been whether our products would be a good fit, but rather how quickly they can get our product line to market,” said Peppard.
