Sin In A Tin Pâtés are handmade in small batches in a nut free environment with high-quality 60% bittersweet chocolate, only 5 natural ingredients, no artificial additives, its Certified Gluten-Free, and it tastes great! It comes in a decorative 8 oz. retail tin, a 22 oz. retail size for frozen desserts, and a 44 oz. size for food service.
It may be cut cold and served plain from the refrigerator as an elegant plated dessert, and while great on their own, we encourage Homemakers and Chefs to get creative with them. It can be glamorized with fresh berries, raspberry sauce, floated in Crème Anglaise, or topped with whatever they desire, and retailers love them because they cross sell many other products.
At room temperature, it turns into a chocolate fondue party spread for croissant, cookies, fruit, pretzels and whatever else a person can think of. They make great all year round gifts too.
