San Diego, CA (January 17, 2020) – Chosen Foods, the leading producer of 100% pure avocado oil from Mexico and creator of avocado-inspired cooking sprays, mayos and dressings, will reveal its newest product offering, Simmer Sauces, at the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco. The San Diego-based brand will also highlight its sweet variety of Infused Avocado Oil Sprays all week long at Booth #6148, starting January 19. 

In the brand’s new line of Simmer Sauces, at-home cooks can whip up authentic, nutrient packed dishes in 20 minutes without compromising on flavor. The three plant-based sauces are non-GMO certified, gluten free and have no preservatives. Made with bold spices, heart-healthy avocado oil and clean ingredients, the Simmer Sauces are perfect when paired with fish, roasted veggies, soups or flatbreads. The Simmer Sauce line includes:

• Guajillo-Pasilla Chili (12oz.) | includes 100% pure avocado oil, guajillo and pasilla chilies, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, onion, garlic, celery, sea salt, cumin, date syrup and Mexican oregano. Perfect to use on Chicken Tacos.
• Muhammara Red Pepper (12oz.) | features 100% pure avocado oil, fire roasted red peppers and tomato, pomegranate, lemon juice, almond, Aleppo pepper, cumin and allspice. Use the sauce to make a delicious Muhammara Red Pepper, lentil and coconut soup.  
• Spanish Romesco (12oz.) | blends fire roasted red peppers and tomato, onion, almond meal, red wine vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, sea salt and of course, 100% pure avocado oil. Toss al dente noodles together with the sauce and add black olives, shrimp and romesco for a tasty Pappardelle dish.

Along with the Simmer Sauces, Chosen Foods' sweet Infused Avocado Oil Sprays, including Pumpkin Spice, Warm Gingerbread, Simply Cinnamon and Spiced Chai, will be featured in a variety of permissibly indulgent recipes for trade show attendees to try.
